THE WORKFLOW
A clear path through a translation run.
Users choose a Template Type before starting. The current choices are Premium AI and Full Workflow. The app keeps the processing steps behind a simple file-based interface and shows progress and file-level results.
What it does
The essentials, in one workspace.
One-pass or three-step translation
Choose an assigned process such as Premium AI for one pass or Full Workflow for three steps. A one-pass job provides one result per file; a three-step job can provide a separate downloadable version for each step.
One source, multiple targets
Select the source language and one or more target languages. The source cannot also be selected as a target, and unsupported language codes are rejected before the job starts.
66 supported file formats
Work with Office and LibreOffice files, text and markup, CAT and bilingual formats, localization resources, DTP files, subtitles, PDF, and ZIP. Examples include DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, ODT, HTML, XLIFF, JSON, IDML, SRT, and VTT. Legacy DOC, XLS, PPT, and RTF files are not accepted.
Per-file progress and downloads
Track queued, processing, ready, or failed status for each file and see returned error details. Download ready versions individually or together as a ZIP. Finished downloads are cleared after several hours, so retrieve them promptly.
Optional word quotas
Limited accounts can view words used and remaining. The app estimates and reserves words before a run, then charges only for successful files; failed files do not keep the charge. Quota-limited users run one job at a time.
Team administration
Admins manage users, assign translation processes, set word quotas, and review word and file totals. Translation memory, terminology, and writing rules are configured in the translation setup and applied through the assigned template.
Pricing and access
$0.01 per source word
Pricing is based on source-word volume at $0.01 per source word. There is no monthly or yearly plan. Translation, AI, and any external service usage are not included in this figure and will be scoped before purchase. Access and final terms are confirmed when you request it. Prices in USD. Final pricing and availability are confirmed by email before payment. For every tool: I am responsible for fixing bugs, implementing customer feedback, and providing future updates at no additional charge.
